摘    要:研究了不同杀虫剂亚致死剂量处理对采自新疆鄯善县的烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci全生育期的影响。结果表明,2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EC,1.2%苦参碱.烟碱乳油,2.5%精纯阿维菌素乳油处理下的卵、若虫与对照相比,发育历期和体形都有较大的影响。不同药剂处理对烟粉虱卵和一龄若虫的历期影响较小,对二龄、三龄和蛹期发育历期影响较大。2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EC对烟粉虱不同发育历期的影响最大。对若虫体长和体宽的影响表明,2.5%三氟氯氰菊酯EC和2.5%精纯阿维菌素乳油处理的烟粉虱,其若虫体长与对照相比偏长,苦参.烟碱处理与对照相比偏短。所有药剂处理的烟粉虱,其若虫体宽均小于对照。亚致死剂量下2.5%精纯阿维菌素乳油对烟粉虱成虫羽化影响最大,羽化率很低,仅达50%;其次是植物源杀虫剂1.2%苦参.烟碱乳油。

Abstract:Effects of different insecticides treated by sub-lethal doses on the development of Bemisia tabaci collected from Shanshan were studied in this paper,results suggested that all tested insecticides,including 2.5%Cyhalothin EC, 1.2% alkali · nicotine EC and 2.5% abamectin EC,showed significant effects on the development of Bemisia tabaci.Pesticides treatments affected more the period of second,third and fourth instar nymphs of B.tabaci than that of egg stage and the first instar nymph,and the 2.5% Cyhalothin EC is the greatest factors to affect the development of B.tabaci among of three pesticides. Considering the length and the width of nymphs,lengths of nymphs from treatments of 2.5% Cyhalothin EC and 2.5% abamectin EC are longer than that of control,whereas the length of nymphs from treatments of 1.2% alkali · nicotine EC is shorter than that of control.Widths of nymphs from all tested pesticides are narrower than that of control.2.5% abamectin EC is the greatest factors to affect the adult emergence under the sub-lethal dose among of three tested pesticides,the emergence rate only reaches 50%,and the 1.2% alkali · nicotine EC is lined in the 2nd place.
