摘    要:目的]利用贫瘠土地,筛选抗盐碱油葵品种.方法]以4个油葵品种新葵杂5号、KWS303、伊葵杂3号和7K152为试验材料,利用盆栽方法,在塑料花盆中施加含有不同NaCl浓度的完全营养液,人工模拟天然盐条件,观察NaCl胁迫对油葵幼苗生长的影响.结果]随着盐胁迫强度的增加,各品种出苗时间有所延迟,出苗率下降,幼苗苗高、叶片数、鲜重受到明显影响,NaCl浓度为200 mmol/L时严重影响油葵幼苗生长.结论]在4个油葵品种中,7K152对NaCl的耐受性好于其它3个油葵品种,KWS303其次.

Abstract:【Objective】This study was conducted to select the salt-resistant oil-sunflower varieties to make the best use of pour sunflower soils.【Method】In this experiment,four oil sunflower varieties(Xinkuiza5,KWS303,Yikuiza3,7K152) were cultured in small basins,which were waterd with nutritious liquid containing six concentrations(0,50,100,150,200,250) of NaCl,respectively to simulate the effect of NaCl stress on the growth of oil sunflowers.【Result】The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,emergence time is delayed and emergence rate is reduced,seedling height,number of leaves and fresh weight is affected obviously by NaCl stress.NaCl concentration of 200 mmol/L would limit growth of seedling seriously.【Conclusion】7K152 was found to possess the strongest tolerance to NaCl stress among the tested oil sunflower varieties and followed by KWS 303 second.
