油葵茎尖周缘分生区培养及高频率芽再生

摘    要:通过对油葵种子处理方法的研究及以油葵茎尖周缘分生区为外植体进行不定芽的诱导,得到了高频率的再生芽和再生植株。结果表明,采用油葵去除种皮,70%乙醇30s,7%的次氯酸钠溶液(加2滴吐温20)处理8~10min时灭菌效果最佳,诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA3mg/l,平均每个外植体产生5个不定芽。

Abstract:In the experiment ,we achieve the highly frequent regenerated shoot and plant by the reseach of treating seed and inducement of shoot. The result shows when Oil Sunflower which rind the seed capsale is down with 70% alcohol for 30s and 7% hypochlorite(add two drops tween20)for 8~10minutes.This sterilization is best.The appropriate medoum which induce the shoot is MS+6-BA3mg/1,in which the explant can germinate the five shoots averagely.
