| 摘 要： | 采用组织分离法和研磨分离法从甘草的根、茎、叶中共分离到129株内生细菌,经鉴定属于13个属,分别为芽孢杆菌属、伯克霍尔德氏菌属、棒杆菌属、柠檬酸细菌属、肠杆菌属、库克菌属、微杆菌属、类芽孢杆菌、叶杆菌属、假单胞菌属、沙雷氏菌属、葡萄球菌属和寡养单胞菌属。同时运用纯培养法和基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析对新疆胀果甘草中可培养内生细菌进行了研究。 |

| Abstract: | 129 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from roots,stems and leaves of the samples by the method of tissue and grinding separation.The results showed that the strains were identified as Bacillus,Burkholderia,Corynebacterium,Citrobacter,Enterobacter,Kocuria,Microbacterium,Paenibacillus,Phyllobacterium,Pseudomonas,Serratia,Staphylococcus and Stenotrophomonas.The endophytic bacteria isolated from Glycyrrhiza inflata Batalin grown in the licorice nature reserve,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,northwestern China,was investigated by using conventional culture-dependent method and phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons. |
