钾肥对幼龄骏枣果实内在品质的影响

摘    要:【目的】探究钾肥不同施用量及施用时期对幼龄骏枣果实品质的影响,寻找钾肥的最佳施用量及施用时期,为新疆红枣栽培提供施肥指导。【方法】对宽窄行种植的两年生直播密植骏枣园进行不同量及不同时期的钾肥试验,测定果实不同发育期的内在品质。【结果】增施钾肥整体上提高了果实的营养物质水平,30kg/667 m~2的钾肥施用量显著提高了果实的蛋白质、纤维素、淀粉、VC含量和糖酸比,为相同施肥时期下的钾肥最佳施用量;果实膨大期施钾肥的果实除淀粉含量低于果实硬核期外,蛋白质、纤维素、VC含量和糖酸比都要高于其他处理,且蛋白质和糖酸比与其他处理及对照相比,差异达极显著水平,所以果实膨大期为相同施肥量下的最佳施肥时期。【结论】对幼龄期骏枣在果实膨大期施30kg/667 m~2的钾肥为最佳的施肥方案。

Abstract:Objective]The purpose of this research aimed to explore the influence that different periods and amounts of potassium on the fruit quality of Junzao and find die optimum fertilization scheme to provide corresponding fertilization guidance for the development of Xinjiang jujube industry.Method]Test on biennial wide - narrow close planting Junzao under different fertilizing amounts and different periods of potash fertilizer was carried out and the inner quality of Junzao fruit in different period was measured.Result]By increasing of potassium fertilizer,Junzao fruit nutrient levels were increased on the whole,and different fertilization amounts of potassium test found that 30 kg / 667 m K application increased the protein,cellulose, starch and VC content of Junzao fruit and increased the ratio of sugar and acid.It is the optimum application amount during the same period of potash fertilizer.And different fertilization period of potassium test also found that applying fertilizer in expansion period of Junzao fruit was effective,except for starch content below fruit core - hardening stage of potash fertilizer of Junzao,and protein,cellulose,vitamin content and the ratio of sugar and acids were higher than those of other treatments,and in the respects of protein and the ratio of sugar and acid compared to other treatments and the contrast,the difference was significant,so expansion period is the optimum fertilization period under the same amount of fertilizer.Conclusion]Applying 30 kg/667 m~2 potash in expansion period of junzao is the optimum fertilization scheme.
