| 摘 要： | 从新疆石河子和伊犁大豆种植区采样对大豆根腐病的病原进行分离与诱发。结果在新大豆1号和石大豆1号上共分离和诱发到phy1,phy2,phy3,phy4,phy5五个疫霉菌株,根据分离物的形态特征和致病性测定,将此鉴定为大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)。由于该菌属重要植物检疫对象,是一种毁灭性病害,希望尽快组织普查,加强检疫,搞清疫区范围,组织力量尽快将其消灭或严格控制在一定地区。 |

| Abstract: | Five Phytophthora isolations were isolated from soybeans which collected in Shihhotze and Ili in Xinjiang.Their morphology and Pathogenicity were studied.The experiment results indicated that all isolations were Phytophthora sojae.As Phytophthora sojae was determined as a quarantine object,the departments concerned were advised to investigate,find out diseased regions and strengthen quarantine measures,the finally eliminate it or strictly limit it to diseased areas as early as possible. |
