摘    要:定义品种标准化主成分间的欧氏平方距离为遗传距离,采用类平均法对42个地理来源不同的春小麦品种进行了聚类分析。当阈值为9时,供试的42个春小麦品种被划分为5个品种类群。表明品种地理分布对遗传差异有一定的影响,但两者并不存在必然联系。认为春小麦杂交亲本应在遗传距离较大的类群间进行选择。

Abstract:The Euglidean square distances of standardized principal components between varieties have been defined in this paper as genetic distances.By using group average method the hierachical clustering was conducted for 42 different varieties of geography sources,which were divided into 5 groups.It was showed that the geographical distribution of varieties is responsible to some extent for their genetic diversities,but no clear relation was found between them.It was supposed that crossing patents should be chosen between the clusters whose genetic distance was larger than the averaged distance of all clusters.
