| 摘 要： | 在土沙混合培养介质中,设置低磷和高磷两种供磷水平,研究不同磷效率玉米基因型根系生长受低磷胁迫的影响。结果表明:低磷胁迫下,磷高效型玉米有优越的根系形态特征,维持较大的根体积和吸收面积,保证从土壤中吸收较多的磷供植株生长所需。

| Abstract: | In soil-sand compound media , the root shape of 2 maize inberd lines were studied , which were placed in high and low phosphate application . The result showed that high phosphate efficiency inberd lines had superior root shape ,big root volune and root surface area , which made root can uptaked more phosphate from the soil in low phosphate stress. |
