鲜奶中甲醛快速检测的方法研究

摘    要:通过试验对牛奶中甲醛快速检测的三种方法(间苯三酚法、AgNO3-NaOH法和酚酞-亚硫酸钠法)进行了对比试验研究.并对该法所需试剂的用量和加入顺序等影响因素进行了系统的考察和优化,最终选择并制定出快速、灵敏、高效、便捷的检测方法.在最佳方法和操作条件下,可检出的最低下限为7.2 μg/mL乳.此外,还对奶精(植脂末)干扰物对试验的干扰做了测定.结果表明,乳中添加奶精对实验检测结果没有影响.试验筛选出的检测方法具有灵敏,操作简便,掺假现象容易判断和把握,检测费用低廉等特点,便于在实际生产中推广应用.

Abstract:In this paper three methods(phloroglucinol,AgNO3NaOH,Phenolphthalein-Na2SO3)for rapid detection of formaldehyde in fresh milk were studied through the test,and systematic observation and optimization of some factors were carried out.Under the optimum operation conditions,the lowest quantity limit of formaldehyde detected was 7.2 μg/ mL milk.Also,the effect of creamer on the test phenomenon was detected.The test phenomenon showed that adding creamer could not influence the result of the test and the method was sensitive,simple.Moreover it is very cheap and convenient to inspect,also it is simple and easy to be applied.
