| 摘 要： | 利用花粉管通道法进行棉花转基因,已在我国运用了10多年,但到目前,转基因的成功率还很低,经过近年来的摸索和研究,在新疆自然植棉环境下,试图通过技术改良和方法创新,提高转基因成功率,使其更好地为育种服务。

| Abstract: | Making use of pollen tube pass method to transfer cotton has been applied over 20 years. But at present, the rate of transgenic success is very low. Under naturally planting cotton circumstances in Xinjiang, through trial and error and research in recent years, we tried to increase the rate of transgenic success and make it serve better for breeding by improvement in technology and innovation in method. |
