新疆城乡居民收入差距影响因素分析

新疆在我国发展和稳定大局中具有特殊重要的战略地位。研究新疆城乡居民收入差距问题,对于实践科学发展观,实施"稳疆兴疆、富民固边"的国家战略,解决城乡发展失调等问题都具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。研究以新疆改革开放30年来的统计资料为基础,引入回归分析方法,对影响新疆城乡居民收入差距扩大的因素进行数量分析。研究结果:第一产业占GDP比重、农民人均纯收入中来源于第二、三产业收入的比重、地方财政支出中农业支出所占比重、人均GDP增长速度等因素是影响城乡居民收入差距的主要因素。研究结论:提高第一产业占GDP中的比重,提高农民收入中来源于第二、三产业收入的比重,提高地方财政支出中农业支出所占比重以及保持国民经济整体发展较高的速度,是缩小城乡居民收入差距的主要途径。

Quantity Analysis of the Affecting Factors on the Per-capita Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Residents of Xinjiang

Xinjiang is specially important in the strategic position in China's development and stability.For the practice of the scientific concept of development and the implementation of the national strategy"Stabilize Xinjiang and Flourish Xinjiang,Enrich People and Defend Border Area",studying and solveing the problems of income gap expansion between urban and rural residents in Xinjiang has a particularly important theoretical and practical value. It uses regression analysis and analyses the factors which affect the expanding imcome gap btewween urban and rural residents in Xinjiang based on the 30 years statistical materials of Xinjiang since the refrom and opening up.The result shows that the main rqctors which affect the per - capita income gap between the rural and urban residents are the proportion of the first induxtry in GDP,the proportion of second and third industry income of per - capita net income of the farmers,the proportion of agricultural payment from the local government financial payment,the growth rate of GDP per person.The conclusion is drawn that raising the proportion of the first induxtiy in GDP,increasing the per - capita net income of farmers,from the proportion of the income of the second and third industry,expanding the agriculture payment in local government financial payment and sustaining the high speed of the national economic development.All these can be the leading approaches to reduce the income gap between the rural and urban residents.
