摘    要:目的]阐明棉花不同抗性品种与土壤微生物群落的关系,为棉花抗黄萎病机理和防治措施提供理论依据.方法]选取5种不同抗性棉花品种在根盒中进行培养,对根际和距根际不同距离土壤中真菌、放线菌和细菌进行平板计数.结果]健康土壤培养抗病棉花品种根系对土壤中细菌和放线菌有聚集作用,对真菌有一定的排斥作用;耐病和感病品种则相反.接入拮抗菌和施微生物有机肥能够增加细菌和放线菌数量,降低真菌的比例.结论]土壤微生物数量及比例与棉花抗性存在密切相关性.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this study was to provide theoretical basis for anti-verticillium cotton research through studying the relationship between different Verticillium dahliae resistance cotton varieties and soil microbial flora.【Method】Five different resistant cotton varieties were cultivated in rhizobox and the number of fungi,bacterial and actinomycete in rhizosphere soil and different distance from rhizosphere soil were counted.【Result】Resistant varieties root in healthy soil gathered soil bacteria and actinomyces,but rejected bacteria;the tolerant and susceptible varieties were in the opposite situation.Antagonistic bacteria and bio-organic fertilizer increased the number of bacteria and actinomyce,but reduced the proportion of fungi.【Conclusion】The number and proportion of microbes in the soil had a close relative with cotton resistance.
