摘    要:【目的】分析棉花植株提取液对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【方法】以种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数为种子萌发参数,以茎粗、子叶节高度和根、茎叶的湿重作为幼苗参数,分析棉花根系、茎叶不同浓度提取液对自身种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】棉花水浸提取液对棉花种子发芽有"低促高抑"的影响,对茎、根和叶的生物质合成量有着不同程度显著或极显著的影响,整体表现为抑制幼苗生长。【结论】高浓度棉花水浸提取液对棉花种子发芽、幼苗生长有抑制作用,自毒作用在多年棉花连作产生连作障碍中起到不可忽视的作用。

Abstract:【Objective】 The water extracts of cotton plants were tested for inhibitory activity of seed germination and seedling growth.【Method】 The seeds germination rate,germination vigor,and germination index were measured as seed germination parameters and stem thickness,cotyledonary node high,root and stem and leaf wet weight of seedling were measured as seedling growth parameters.【Result】 The water extract of cotton exhibited "low to promote high-suppression" on seed germination.The effect on the stem,root and leaf biomass synthesis had various degrees of obvious or remarkable significance.The seedling growth was exhibited on the overall performance of the inhibition.【Conclusion】 High concentrations of water extract of cotton inhibited cotton seed germination and seedling growth.Auto toxicity plays a significant role in continuous cropping.
