| 摘 要： | 目的]杂交育种被应用在各个物种之间.选育高品质,高产量的菌种.方法]单孢分离技术是杂交育种行之有效的育种手段之一,近年来国内已开展这方面的研究.试验利用简单的仪器,设计一种适合鸡腿菇孢子收集和单孢分离的方法.结果]鉴定挑选出35个单核菌株进行配对杂交,经染色镜检、拮抗试验、瓶栽试验,获得48个杂交新菌株.结论]应用单孢分离技术对鸡腿菇进行杂交行之有效.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】The purpose of this project is to breed a high quality and yield fungoid.Hybridization has been taken to all of the species.【Method】Single-Spore Isolation is one of the best way for hybridization,and many researchers have made studies in this field.With the aid of the simplest apparatus,a practical and simplest method of single-spore isolation and hybridization of Coprinus comatus was designed.【Result】After appraisal,35 Single-Spore mycelia were chosen for hybridization.After examination under coloration microscope,test of antagonistic lines,outgrowth generation in bottle,at last 48 new strains of filial generation were got.【Conclusion】Using single-spore isolation to hybridize Coprinus comatus is effective. |
