摘    要:【目的】测定不同药剂对意大利蝗的毒力和田间防治效果,为防治该虫提供理论依据。【方法】室内测定不同药剂对意大利蝗4龄、5龄蝗蝻和成虫进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,并测定田间防治效果。【结果】3种药剂对意大利蝗的毒力LC50大小依次为:4龄蝗蝻对杀虫剂的毒力斑蝥素的毒力最高LC50为0.885mg/L,苦参碱和高效氯氰菊酯的毒力为269.528和869.887 mg/L。5龄蝗蝻对杀虫剂的毒力LC50在1.338~1 200.808 mg/L;成虫对这几种杀虫剂的毒力LC50在2.493~2 053.894 mg/L;田间药效结果表明,苦参碱效果最好,药后7 d的防效达到81.8%,其次是4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油药后7 d防效达到74%。【结论】苦参碱可溶性粉剂田间防治效果较好。

Abstract:【Objective】The toxicity and control effects were tested in order to provide basis for pest control.【Method】Toxicity of 3 pesticides was tested in the lab,and then their control effects were tested in the field outside.【Result】The toxicity order of the 3 researched pesticides showed that the toxicity LC50 of the pesticides against the 4th instar nymph of Calliptamus italicus(L.) was the highest,with the cantharidin reaching 0.885,Matrine’s was 269.528,Beta-cypermethrin’s was 869.887;the toxicity LC50of the 3 pesticides against the 5 th instar nymph of Calliptamus italicus(L.) ranges from 1.338 to 1 200.808 mg/L;the toxicity LC50 against the adult of Calliptamus italicus(L.) varies from 2.493 to 2 053.894 mg/L.In the field control efficiency it can be concluded that 1% matrine SP had better control effect,and 7 days later,81.8% effect could be achieved,and the second better one is 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC.After its being used for 7 days,the control effect could reach 74% 【Conclusion】1% matrine SP and 4.5% Beta-cypermethrin EC had better control effects in the field.
