摘    要:【目的】为小黑麦在盐胁迫下的耐盐生理研究及其耐盐育种提供基本的参考依据。【方法】以4个春性小黑麦品种为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4混合盐溶液对小黑麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,采用隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。【结果】随着盐分浓度的增加,4个小黑麦品种的种子发芽率、鲜重、地上干重、地下干重、苗高和根数都呈下降趋势,均与盐浓度呈不同程度的负相关。盐胁迫下,小黑麦的根长则呈先上升后下降趋势。4个品种发芽率和苗期指标存在较大差别。【结论】根据耐盐性综合评价值,供试4个小黑麦品种的耐盐性顺序为:新小黑麦5号>新小黑麦1号>新小黑麦3号>新小黑麦4号。

Abstract:【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to provide more information for the research based on physiology in triticale under salt stress and salt tolerant breeding.【Method】Four spring triticale varieties were employed.The effects of the mixed salt stress with different concentration of NaCl and Na2SO4 on seed germination and seedling indicators of triticale were studied.Salt-tolerance was evaluated comprehensively by using membership function method.【Result】With the increasing of salt concentration,the germination percentage of seeds,seedling fresh weight,dry weight on ground,dry weight of roots,plant height and root numbers of 4 spring triticale varieties tended to be decreased,which showed a negative correlation between salt concentration.Under the salt stress,the main roots showed a tendency of first going up and then dropping.【Conclusion】According to the comprehensive evaluation of salt resistance,the rank of 4 triticale varieties tested was Xinxiaoheimai 5> Xinxiaoheimai 1> Xinxiaoheimai 3> Xinxiaoheimai 4.
