陆地棉重要农艺性状的QTL定位

摘    要:研究选用苏棉10号和长绒棉两个陆地棉品种的160个F2单株作为图群体,利用84对SSR标记,构建了一个包括20个连锁群、标记间平均间距16.6 cm、全长630.9 cm的作图群体,约覆盖棉花基因组的12.6%。在此基础上对果枝始节、结铃数、单铃重、衣分、籽指、株高、叶主脉、叶次脉等8个农艺性状进行了QTLs筛选,共鉴定了9个稳定的QTLs:其中有2个与果枝始节有关的QTL分别位于连锁群14和15上;2个与株高有关的QTL分别位于连锁群7和20上;1个与籽指有关的QTL,位于连锁群17上;2个与衣分有关的QTL,分别位于连锁群9和15上,均为增效基因;1个与叶主脉有关的QTL,位于连锁群19上,1个与叶次脉有关的QTL,位于连锁群7上。由于这些QTL有较大的效应值,因此该QTLs在今后的育种、分子标记辅助选择上都有很大的意义。

Abstract:In the present paper,a genetic linkage map was constructed using 160 F2 individuals developed by across of two elite lines of upland cotton(Gosssypium hirsutum L.)as parents.The parents of total recombinational length of 630.9 cm with the average interval distance of 16.6 cm were built by the use of 84 pairs of SSR sings.Based on the construction of genetic linkage maps,eight agronomic traits—lint percentage,plant height,boll weight,boll number,the first fruit nodes,100 seed weight,main-lobe,second-lobe—were studied,more than seven possible QTLs/loci,which had LOD>2.5,were suggested:Two QTLs of the first fruit nodes were identified on linkage group14、15;Two QTLs of plant height were located on linkage group 7、20;one QTLs of the seed index was located on linkage group 17;two QTLs of lint percentage were located on linkage group 9、15 with positive effects;one QTLs of main-lobe was located on linkage group 19;one QTLs of second-lobe was located on linkage group 7.The high levels of phenotypic variance(7.0%~16.9%) explained by the QTLs indicate that these QTLs have great genetic effects,so that these QTL can be used effectively for MAS during the process of breeding in the future.
