摘    要:牛初乳是一种营养十分丰富的功能性食品,其常规营养远高于一般的乳品,此外它还具有多种氨基酸、免疫因子和生长因子,对人体有良好的保健功能。辐照技术是国际公认的一种食品"冷加工"方法,这种方法安全可靠。按照卫生部《食品卫生检验方法》一书中相关国家标准,对辐照前后牛初乳粉中细菌菌落总数和大肠杆菌群的数量进行检测,结果表明:当辐照剂量达到8KGy时,已基本能完全杀死牛初乳粉中的微生物,且辐照剂量与微生物存活量之间呈线性关系。

Irradiation Have a Effect on Primarily Microorganism in Colosrum
Abstract:Colosrum, a sort of character foodstuff, is rich of plentiful nutrition. Its general nutrition is much more than other edibles. In addition, colosrum contain amino acid, immune gene, vegetal gene and benefit for people's health. Irradiate technique is a way of gelid scable for foodstuff, which was international accepted. According to the correlative government standard of the book 《Methods of Food Hygienic Analysis》, which enacted by the Mnistry of Health. We detected the numbers of bacterium, coliform bacteria before and after irradiate. The result indicates when the dose of irradiate reached 8 KGy , we found the microorganism of colosrum could be killed entirely. There lies linear relationship between the dose of irradiate and the survival amount of microorganism.
