腐植酸肥料在加工番茄上施用的肥效及对品质的影响

摘    要:加工番茄上施用腐植酸肥料,增产效果明显,比对照增产12.56%~27.47%,其中:等成本处理>60%常规养分处理>等成本优化配比处理。施用腐植酸肥料可以增加加工番茄的还原糖、总酸度、VC、可溶性固形物和茄红素的含量,降低硝酸盐含量。其中:等成本处理效果最明显。加工番茄上施用腐植酸肥料增收效果明显,比对照增收90~284元/667 m~2。等成本处理>60%常规养分处理>等成本优化配比处理。为了加快腐植酸肥料在加工番茄上的推广应用,应在此基础上深化研究适合加工番茄的腐植酸专用肥的配方和制造方法及施用技术。

Abstract:The increase yield of processing tomato was remarkable when hymic acid fertilizer was applied.It could increase yield by 12.56%- 27.47%compared with CK.The result showed that the equal cost treatment>60%common nutrient treatment>the equal cost optimization combination treatment.The deoxidized sugar,total acidity,Vc,soluble solid and lycopene content of processing tomato could be increased by application of hymic acid fertilizer;the equal cost treatment surpassed all other ones.The test showed that the yield of processing tomato was greatly increased by application of hymic acid fertilizer;90 - 284 yuan were increased per mu compared with CK;the equal cost treatment>60%common nutrient treatment>the equal cost optimization treatment.The special formulated fertilizer,the manufacturing method and techniques of hymic acid for processing tomato should be more deeply investigated to faster apply the hymic acid to processing tomato.
