摘    要:通过对不同温度条件下的发芽率、发芽指数和胚根生长量的比较分析,研究了水、气、基质等适宜的8h光照环境中,不同温度处理对沙棘种子萌发的影响。结果表明,沙棘种子的发芽率和胚根生长量在不同温度下变化明显,在20~30℃的变温或30℃恒温下发芽率高、发芽整齐;从胚根生长量来看,20~30℃的变温效果最好,在这一温度范围内,随温度的升高,胚根生长量增大。

Abstract:Under the conditions of suitable water,oxygen,culture medium and 8hour illumination,this paper mainly studies the effect of different temperature on the radical growth,germination index and germination rate of Hippophae rhamnoides seed.The temperatures include constant temperature: 30℃ and variable temperature: 20~30℃.Also,this paper evaluates the seed germination result and purposes the optimal temperature of seed germination through the growth quantity of radical and germination index.The germination rate and radical growth speed are evident difference in different temperatures,and the optimal temperature of seed germination is a variable temperature in 20~30℃.As far as the growth quantity of radical growth,it shows that the seeds are fond of warm,and it was increased with the raise of temperature to a certain extent.
