膜下滴灌棉花不同基因型叶绿素荧光特性初探

摘    要:在膜下滴灌条件下,使用Li-6400光合测定系统研究了7个棉花品种主要生育期功能叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素荧光参数(Fm、Fo、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、qP、NPQ)并进行测定分析,结果表明,在膜下滴灌条件下,不同基因型棉花光合特性在不同生育期存在着较大的差异:(1)11膜下滴灌条件下不同基因型间棉花功能叶光合速率在各生育期均存在显著差异;(2)叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo在盛蕾期、初花期、盛花期存在显著差异,qP、NPQ在盛蕾期、盛花期、铃期存在显著差异;(3)Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo与经济性状的相关程度有相似的变化趋势,但相关性均不显著,qP、NPQ与单铃重的相关性达到0.05显著水平。

Abstract:The changes of photosynthetic rate and fluorescence parameter in the 7 cotton varieties under-mulch-drip irrigation conditions were measured by the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system during the mainly growing stages.The results showed that: Under-mulch-drip irrigation conditions,photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters had greater differences among different varieties :(1) Under-mulch-drip irrigation conditions,difference of leaf photosynthetic rates among different gene type cotton varieties was significant at 0.05 level at mainly growing stages;(2)The chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo among different gene type cotton varieties were significant at 0.05 level at full squaring stage,blooming stage and full blooming stage,qP and NPQ were significant at 0.05 level of full squaring stage,full blooming stage and bolling stage;(3)The correlation effects of Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo with important economic traits had the same change tendency,but were not significant.The correlation of qP and NPQ with boll weight were significant at 0.05 level.
