补饲营养调控剂对暖季放牧羔羊生长发育及相关激素的影响

摘    要:【目的】研究暖季自然放牧加补饲对羔羊生长发育过程中激素变化的影响。【方法】2010年5~9月在裕民县吉兰德夏草场,选取45只3月龄健康的巴什拜羊羔羊,分为对照组(放牧),试验Ⅰ组(放牧+补饲0.2%营养调控剂)和试验Ⅱ组(放牧+补饲0.4%营养调控剂)。分别在羔羊3月龄、4月龄、5月龄和6月龄进行体重和血清采集和检测。【结果】试验组血清中GH浓度高于对照组,其中在5月龄时,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血清中GH浓度显著高于对照(P<0.05)。而血清中T浓度随着月龄增加而逐渐升高,补饲组相比对照组血清中T浓度增加较缓慢,在5月龄和6月龄时试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清中T和T4随着月龄逐渐减低,但试验组血清中T3和T4要高于对照组,在5月龄时试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组T3浓度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),在5月龄试验Ⅰ组T4浓度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组T4浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在6月龄试验Ⅱ组T4浓度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。血清中Ins随着月龄逐渐增高,在4月龄试验Ⅰ组Ins浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】暖季补饲营养调控剂能够促进动物的生长。

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this project was to study the effects of the supplementary fodder on endocrine hormone change in the warm natural grazing lambs.【Method】From May to Sept.in 2010 in the summer Jilande grassland of Yumin County,forty-five healthy Bashenbai lambs were selected.The sheep were divided into the control group(grazing),the experimental groupⅠ(grazing plus 0.2%supplement nutrition regulators) andⅡ(grazing plus 0.4%supplement nutritional regulators).When 3 months,4 months,5 and 6 months old,they were respectively weighed,and had serum collected and tested.【Result】The values of body weight and serum collection were respectively determined when they were 3,4,5 and 6 mondis of age.The concentrations of serum testosterone(T) were gradually increased along with months of age.However the experimental group concentration was lower than those of the collator groups.The experiment groupⅠandⅡwere significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05) in the 5 month and 6 month old lambs.The serum insulin gradually increased when the lambs grew month by month.The serum insulin of groupⅠwas significandy higher than that of the control(P<0.05) at 4 months of age.【Conclusion】the nutritional regulation agents can promote animal growth and development in the warmseason grazing.
