摘    要:[目的]比较研究干旱胁迫下12份禾本科牧草的苗期抗旱性,为抗旱牧草品种的选育提供理论依据.[方法]采用室内盆栽试验方法对牧草进行连续干旱胁迫处理.[结果]将12种禾草的抗旱性大致可以分为3类,冰草和高燕麦草为强抗旱性牧草;内蒙古冰草、中间偃麦草、偃麦草和新麦草为中等抗旱性牧草;鹅观草和披碱草为弱抗旱性牧草.[结论]通过综合比较分析发现在干旱胁迫下冰草和高燕麦草的抗旱性较强,适合在于旱少雨的地区种植.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this project was to provide a theoretical basis for breeding drought-resistance forage by comparatively studying 12 gramineous forage's seedlings under the drought stress.【Method】The study adopted indoor pot experiment on forage for continuous drought stress.【Result】The 12 grass species in drought resistance were divided into three categories: Strong drought-resistance forage has Agropyron cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn.and Arrhenatherum elatius(L.) Mert.et.Kocll;Medium-drought forage has Agropyron mongolicum Keng,Elytrigia intermedia(Host) Nevski,E.repens(L.) Desr.and Psathyrostachys juncea(Fisch.) Nevski;Weak drought-resistance forage has Roegneria kamoji Ohwi.and Elymus dahuricus Turcz.【Conclusion】Through a comprehensive comparative analysis it was found that under the drought stress A.cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn.and A.elatius(L.)Mert.et.Kocll have a high drought resistance,and they are suitable for planting in the drought areas.
