不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾的毒力测定及田间药效试验

摘    要:【目的】测定不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力和田间防治效果,为防治该虫提供理论依据。【方法】室内测定不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的LC50,并测定田间防治效果。【结果】6种药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力LC50(mg/L)大小依次为:4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油4.923 3、0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂5.788 6、3%啶虫脒乳油9.168 0、2%阿维菌素乳剂11.324 9、25%阿克泰水分散粒剂22.596 0、5%云菊乳油80.683 6。田间药效结果表明,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油效果最好,药后6 d的防效就达到100%,其次是0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂药后10 d防效达到93.75%。【结论】4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油和0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂田间防治效果较好。

Abstract:【Objective】The toxicity and control effects were tested,in order to provide basis for its control.【Method】 Toxicity of 6 pesticides were tested in the lab,and then its control effects were tested in field.【Result】The toxicity research of 6 kinds of pesticide showed that the toxicity LC50(mg/L) of 6 pesticides to larvae of Acleris fimbirana thunberg by size order were: Cypermethrin 4.923 3,Kingbo 5.788 6,Acetamiprid 9.168 0,Abamectin 11.324 9,Actara 22.591 6,and Pyrethrins 80.683 6.In the field control efficiency we can conclude that 4.5% Cypermethrin had better control effect,and 6 days later,100% effect could be achieved,and the second better one is Kingbo.After using it for 10 days,the control effect could reach 93.75%【Conclusion】4.5% Cypermethrin and 0.6% Kingbo had better control effects in the field.
