库尔勒香梨在疆内市场的商品分级与价格形成调查

【目的】调查库尔勒香梨在疆内市场的商品分级和价格形成。【方法】通过对近年来香梨的商品分级和包装、价格形成因子进行了市场调查与统计分析,探讨了其价格形成主导影响因子及未来走势。【结果】龙头仓储企业和收购商在香梨商品分级中处于主导地位。受出口外销和内地市场拉动,产地收购价格近年来一直在一个较高的水平上平稳波动,继续上升的空间相对有限。受2008年的全球金融危机影响,当年香梨价格产生了明显振荡。【结论】与收购阶段相比,香梨价格在批发和零售阶段表现相对平稳。加强市场开拓、提高品质、降低流通成本是保证香梨价格链和产业链相对稳定的关键。未来几年,香梨总产量的持续增长将对其价格形成起主导作用。

Investgation on Commodity Differentiation and Price Formation of Kuerle Fragrant Pear

【Objective】As an important agricultural product,price of Kuerle Fragrant Pear involved in the increase of farmer's revenue as well as adjustment of industrial structure.【Method】The market survey and statistical data analysis were carried out on commodity differentiation,price formation factors of Kuerle Fragrant Pear and the leading influence of price formation were discussed in the paper.【Result】The results demonstrated that the large storage enterprises in recent years,and purchasing businessmen have been the leading force due to the export improvement.The purchasing price of sources of material were in stable moving.The price of Kuerle Fragrant Pear were significantly changing,being influenced by the global financial crisis in 2008.Therefore,there are relative stability between wholesale prices and retail prices of Kuerle Fragrant Pear.【Conclusion】Compared with the purchasing price,the wholesale prices and retail prices were relatively stable.To ensure the stable of price,it is essential to develop market,improve the quality as well as decrease circulation costs.In the future several years,the increasing of total yield of Kuerle Fragrant Pear maybe will affect price greatly.
