Analysis on High Efficient Use Pattern of Water and Soil Resources in Qira County

The water and soil resources are the fundamental basis and key conditions of the social economic development.The quantity,quality and combination status of the water and soil resources have a rather big influence on the social economic development of a region.As an agricultural region,the Qira County possesses rich land resources.But it deficient in water resources,and its unequal seasonal allocation is influencing ecological environment and social economic development.This region is encountering with serious poverty and eco-environmental problem.In this article the effective and sustainable measures were put forward to increase utilization of land resources to rapidly develop the social economy in the region.
