摘    要:【目的】研究杜梨果实总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件。【方法】采用L9(34)正交试验法,以总黄酮得率为考察指标,研究提取温度、提取时间、提取次数及液料比对总黄酮得率的影响。【结果】影响杜梨果实总黄酮得率的主要因素为提取温度,其次是提取次数、提取时间和液料比。【结论】最佳提取工艺为60倍50%乙醇在80℃下水浴提取4次,每次3.5 h,在此条件下,黄酮提取率为0.377 5%。

Abstract:【Objective】To study and optimize the extracting technological conditions of the total flavones from Pyrus betulifolia Bge.fruit.【Method】Experiments were made by using L9(34) orthogonal design with extractive yield of total flavones as the index,investigating the influence of extracting temperature,extracting time,extracting frequency and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of total flavones.【Result】Results showed that the temperature was the main factor which affected the extracting rate of total flavones from Pyrus betulifolia Bge fruit.extracting frequency was the second factor,and then was the extracting time and ratio of liquid with material.【Conclusion】Optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: concentration of alcohol 50 %,temperature 80 ℃,4 times,3.5 hours and the ratio of liquid to material 60.The extractive yield of total flavones from Pyrus betulifolia Bge.fruit is 0.377 5% at the optimal parameters.
