摘    要:目的]葡萄叶面积及地上一年生枝条干物质质量是研究葡萄生长发育状况的重要指标,但在测定中工作量大而且精度难以保证,研究旨在取得一种简便、快速、正确估算的简易测定方法.方法]利用数理统计与数字成像技术,对葡萄叶片与枝条进行回归分析,建立估算的数学方程.结果]无核白葡萄叶面积与叶长、叶宽、长宽乘积都存在高度的正相关;一年生枝条干物质质量与枝条长度、叶片数及枝条叶面积也存在较好的相关关系.结论]考虑野外生产实际中测量操作的便利性,在科研及生产实践中建议采用叶面积与叶脉长的乘幂方程.同时可利用叶面积的累积量代替葡萄树一年生地上枝条干物质量,可大大简化研究工作量.

Abstract:【Objective】 Grape leaf area and the mass of dry matter of one-year branch above the ground are important indexes to study the growth of grape.The problem is that it is hard to guarantee the accuracy of them in the process of measurement due to large quantity of workload.This paper is aimed at finding out an easy,quick and correct way to measure the above mentioned two indexes.【Method】Mathematical statistics and digital imaging technology have been utilized to conduct regression analysis on grape leaves and branches and establish mathematical estimation formula.【Result】The research shows that there is high positive correlation between single leaf area and other variables such as leaf length,leaf width and product of length-breadth,and that there is fairly positive correlation between the variables of the mass of dry matter in one-year branch and of branch length,the number of leaves as well as leaf area.【Conclusion】 Considering the operational convenience in field,it is suggested that power equation model between leaf area and the length of leaf veins should be adopted in research and production practice.At the same time,workload will be greatly reduced with the accumulation of leaf area to replace the mass of dry matter from one-year branch above the ground.
