盐胁迫对新疆三个冬小麦品种发芽及幼苗期耐盐性研究

摘    要:【目的】研究盐胁迫对冬小麦发芽及幼苗生长的影响。【方法】以新冬26号、新冬22号和新冬18号为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4混合盐溶液对冬小麦种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。【结果】随着盐分浓度的增加,3个小麦品种的种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长及根长都呈下降趋势,均与盐浓度呈极显著负相关。盐胁迫下,小麦种子出苗延迟,根数则呈先上升后下降趋势。【结论】2.2%的盐分浓度可能是影响小麦种子萌发的临界浓度。参试的三个品种芽期耐盐性顺序为新冬26号新冬22号新冬18号。

Abstract:【Objective】The aim of the test was to research the effects of salt stress on the germination and growth.【Method】With Xindong26,Xindong22 and Xindong18 as materials,the effects of the mixed salt stress with different concentration of NaCl and Na2SO4 on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied.【Result】With the increasing of mixture concentration,the seed germination rate,germination index,vigor index,length of sprouts and roots of 3 wheat varieties tended to decrease,which had extremely significant negative correlation with salt concentration.Under salt stress,the emergence date was delayed,the number of root increased at first,then showed decreasing trend.【Conclusion】The critical salt solution concentration which would affect wheat germination was 2.2%.Among the 3 tested winter wheat varieties,the capacity of salt-tolerance was Xindong26>Xindong22>Xindong18.
