干旱胁迫对菠菜幼苗的生理影响

摘    要:本试验以菠菜幼苗为材料,研究其在PEG模拟干旱胁迫条件下生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,在PEG胁迫下,菠菜幼苗的生理生化指标表现出一系列变化,随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,质膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,同时渗透调节物质可溶性糖和脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量先升后降,叶绿素含量下降。

Physiological Effects of drought stress on spinach seedlings
Abstract:In this experiment, the spinach seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the physiological indexes of PEG under simulated drought stress.The experimental results show that, under the stress of PEG spinach plants must stress reaction, plasma membrane permeability and malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased, the osmotic regulation substances of soluble sugar and proline (Pro) increased with the increase of the degree of drought stress, soluble protein content increased first and then decreased, while chlorophyll content decreased. The experiment indicated that spinach seedlings with the drought degree increase the extent of the damage.
