菊芋叶片提取物抑菌活性研究

摘    要:采用生长速率法测定菊芋叶片5种有机溶剂提取物对3种植物病原真菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,菊芋叶各溶剂提取物对3种真菌均存在一定的抑制作用,其中丙酮提取物抑菌效果最好,25.0mg/mL丙酮提取物对辣椒灰霉菌的抑菌率达到90.46%±0.535%;各溶剂提取物针对不同的病原真菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)不同,丙酮提取物对辣椒灰霉菌的MIC最小;为充分利用菊芋资源和进一步研发新型植物源杀菌剂奠定了基础。

Study on Antifungal Activity of the Extract from the Leaves of Helianthus uberosus

Abstract:Active materials from the five extracts of Helianthus uberosus leaves were obtained.The antifungal activities of these extracts to three plant pathogenic fungi were tested using the methods of growth rates in laboratory.The results showed that all of the extracts presented fungistasis to different extent on the three pathogenic fungi.The extract of acetone presented the highest inhibitory activity,and its inhibitory rates to was 90.46%± 0.535% at a concentration of 25.0mg/mL.The solvent extract of different concentrations against three phytopathogenic fungi had different MIC value,and the smallest value of MIC was the extract of acetone against Botrytis cinerea.The results will also found a base on the development of new plantsource fungicide.
