山东省海水贝类养殖产业变化特征分析

摘    要:山东省作为我国贝类养殖大省,其养殖面积、产量和产值均位居全国前列。然而近些年来,随着我国对生态环境的愈加重视,海水贝类养殖行业作为近岸污染源之一,如何在保证产值增长的同时提高养殖效率并减少环境污染?这是海水贝类养殖行业面临的主要问题。为分析和解决这一问题,本文以山东省海水贝类为研究对象,分析其主要养殖品种的产量、单产及产值变化特征。结果表明,山东省海水贝类养殖产业特征为:①养殖规模过大、产量优势有余;②养殖效率过低、海域环境质量堪忧;③并非所有养殖品种产品优势充足、市场优势明显。

Analysis on the characteristics of the change of the mariculture industry in Shandong Province
Abstract:As a large-scale shellfish breeding province in China, Shandong Province ranked among the top in the country in terms of aquaculture area, production and output value. However, in recent years, the increasing attention to the ecological environment in China, as a source of coastal pollution, how can the marine shellfish aquaculture industry increase production efficiency and reduce environmental pollution while ensuring the growth of production value? This was a major problem faced by the marine shellfish aquaculture industry. In order to analyze and solve this problem, this paper took the marine shellfish in Shandong Province as the research object, and analyzes the characteristics of production, yield and output value of its main breeds. The research results showed that the characteristics of the marine shellfish aquaculture industry in Shandong Province were: (1) the scale of aquaculture was too large, and the yield advantage was more than enough; (2) the aquaculture efficiency was too low, and the environmental quality of the sea area was worrying; (3) not all kinds of mariculture products had sufficient advantages and obvious market advantages. With a view to providing reference opinions for relevant departments to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the shellfish industry in Shandong Province.
