云南引种不同蓝莓品种果实品质比较研究

摘    要:以云南引种的7个蓝莓品种:康维尔、夏普蓝、戴安娜、园蓝、灿烂、杰兔、巴尔德温为试验材料,分别对各品种果实的大小、单果重、可溶性固形物含量(TSS)、总酸、总糖、维生素C含量等生理指标进行测定,结果表明:灿烂和杰兔果实糖酸比较高、风味好;夏普蓝可溶性固形物含量最高;园蓝品种相对表现较差。

Comparision of Fruit Character of Different Varieties of Blueberry in Yunnan Province

Abstract:Using seven introduced varieties of blueberry in Yunnan Province as experimentation materials,such as Coville,Sharpblue,Diana,Gardenblue,Brightwell,Premier,Baldwin,fruit character,the single fruit weight,TSS and content of acid,sugar,VC were determined respectively.The results showed that the acid and sugar quantity of Brightwell and Premier were higher than other varieties,and smelt better;the highest TSS was Sharpblue,Gardenblue was not good.
