杜洛克猪PHKG1基因多态性及其与生产性状的关联性分析

摘    要:PHKG1基因g.8283 C>A位点是影响猪肉糖原酵解潜能及系水力的因果突变位点。为评估该位点是否对其他生产性状有影响,采用RFLP技术检测该基因位点在153头杜洛克猪群体中的多态性,并分析不同基因型对体质量、日增重、背膘厚、眼肌面积及瘦肉率的影响。结果表明:PHKG1 g.8283 C>A位点CC、AC、AA 3种基因型频率分布分别为0.320、0.536、0.144,优势等位基因C的频率为0.588,劣势等位基因A的频率为0.412;PHKG1不同基因型对体质量、日增重、背膘厚、眼肌面积、瘦肉率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。据此,为提高肉质性状,在兼顾体型外貌及性能测定的前提下,可尽快提高优势等位基因C的频率。

Association between polymorphism of PHKG1 gene and production traits in Duroc pigs

Abstract:The g.8283 C>A locus of the PHKG1 gene is a causal mutation site that affects the glycolysis potential and hydraulic power of pork.SAimingSto evaluate whether theSsiteShas an effect on other production traits,SRFLP was used to detect the polymorphism of this gene locus in 153 Duroc populations,Sand theSeffects of different genotypes on body weight, daily gain, backfat thickness, rib-eye area and lean meat percentage were analyzed.SThe results showed that the frequency distributions of the three genotypes of CC, AC, and AA at the in PHKG1g.8283 C>A locus were 0.320, 0.536, and 0.144, respectively, theSfrequency of the dominant allele C was 0.588,Sand the frequency of the disadvantaged allele A was 0.412;Sdifferent PHKG1 genotypes had no significant effects on body weight, daily gain, backfat, rib-eye area and lean meat percentage (P>0.05).STherefore,StoSimproveSporkSquality and performance,Sit is necessary to increase theSfrequency of dominant allele CSas soon as possible on the premise of taking into account bodySconformation and performanceStesting.
