摘    要:部分西南丘陵地区春旱发生时,烟区烟株生长量不足,烟叶品质量不高。行之有效的方式是为植烟地土壤施用烟用保水剂,从而增强土壤的蓄水保墒能力,提高灌溉水利用效率,促进烟株的生长发育。当保水剂施用于地表以下的土层后,急需为保水剂进行注水作业,但目前还没有专门的保水剂注水系统。因此,本文以AT89C51单片机为控制器,设计一套适用于丘陵烟区烟用保水剂的注水系统,整套注水系统主要由整机机架、动力组件、自动收放管机构、缠管机构、潜射式注水枪和保水剂注水作业控制系统等构成。该系统具备响应快、精度高和操作简便等特点,能解决在丘陵烟区春旱时期土壤的蓄水保墒能力差、烟株生长发育不足、丘陵烟区烟叶的品质量不高的难题,适用于丘陵烟区烟用保水剂的注水作业。

Design of Water Injection System of Water Retaining Agent for Tobacco in Hilly Tobacco Areas Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

Abstract:When spring drought occurs in some hilly areas of southwest China, the growth of tobacco plants in tobacco-growing areas is insufficient, and the quality of tobacco leaves is not high. An effective way is to apply water-retaining agent for tobacco to the soil of tobacco planting areas, so as to enhance the soil"s water storage and moisture retention capacity, improve irrigation water utilization efficiency and promote the growth and development of tobacco plants. When the water-retaining agent is applied to the soil below the surface, it is urgent to inject water into the water-retaining agent, but there is no special water-retaining agent injection system at present. Therefore, in this paper, AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer is used as the controller to design a set of water injection system of water-retaining agent for cigarettes in hilly tobacco-growing areas. The whole water injection system is mainly composed of the whole machine frame, power components, automatic pipe retracting mechanism, pipe winding mechanism, and submersible water injection gun and water injection control system of water-retaining agent. The system has the characteristics of quick response, high precision and simple operation, which can solve the problems of poor soil moisture retention capacity, insufficient growth and development of tobacco plants, and low quality of tobacco leaves in hilly tobacco-growing areas during spring drought. It is suitable for water injection of water-retaining agent for tobacco in hilly tobacco-growing areas.
