酿酒葡萄生育期气象条件分析及气候品质评价

本文使用房山区国家气象观测站和小气候自动气象观测站数据，分析了酿酒葡萄生育期内气象条件和气象灾害对其品质的影响。结果表明，2019年气象条件中，酿酒葡萄转色期到成熟期降水量少，昼夜温差大，有利于糖分和营养物质积累；浆果成熟期，高温天气对浆果的发育和成熟有不利影响，采用相对应的农业措施保障了品质和产量。通过对酿酒葡萄立地条件、气候条件、生产管理条件等进行综合评分，评价区域内种植的酿酒葡萄气候品质等级为特优。

Meteorological Conditions Analysis and climatic Quality Certification of Wine Grape During Growing Season

Based on the meteorological data of Fangshan National Observatory and Automatic Weather Station,the effects of meteorological conditions and meteorological disasters on grape quality during the growing period were analyzed.The results showed that:among the meteorological factors in Fangshan in 2019,large daily temperature ranges and less precipitation was the most conducive to the the accumulation of sugar and and fruit coloring during the young fruit period;and high temperature has adverse effects on the development and ripening of berries during the ripe period,and corresponding agricultural measures should be adopted to ensure wine grapes quality and yield.According to the site conditions of wine grape fruit growing,climate conditions of fruit growing and production and management conditions of fruit operating subjects,the climate quality grade of wine grape in the cetified region is excellent.
