| 摘 要： | 以高产优质苎麻品种中苎一号为材料,研究了扦插苗打顶处理对苎麻低位分枝苗生长发育特性的影响。结果表明:嫩梢扦插打顶处理可明显增加根系干重和根系体积,减少主茎高度和主茎干重,增加主茎粗度、单株叶片数和叶面积;同时可影响分枝的生长发育,培育出相对较低最低分枝位、最高分枝位和较短分枝位长,促进分枝数、分枝平均长度和分枝干重明显增加。就扦插苗打顶时间而言,扦插时打顶处理明显要优于插后1周打顶处理。 |

| Abstract: | With high quality ramie varieties Zhonhgzhu No 1 as material,effects of decapitation treatment of cutting seedlings on growth and developmeng of cutting plant for low branches of ramie were studied.The results showed that shoot cutting topping treatment significantly increased the root dry weight and root volume,reduced main stem height and main stem dry weight,and increased the degree of the main stem diameter,leaf number and leaf area per plant.At the same time,the decapitation treatment could induce grow... |
