银杏叶提取物的杂质成分分析

摘    要:以银杏叶提取物为研究对象,确定其杂质成分,建立相应的检测方法。银杏叶提取物中的主要杂质成分有银杏酚酸、大孔树脂残留、溶剂残留。银杏酚酸的检测采用RP-HPLC紫外分析;大孔树脂和溶剂残留的检测采用GC-MSD检测,分别以二乙烯苯和乙醇为检测项目。结果表明:样品中银杏酚酸含量符合药典限度要求,未检出二乙烯苯和乙醇的残留。
