氨氮和硫化物对文蛤幼体及成体的急性毒性试验

摘    要:采用实验生态学方法,研究了氨氮和硫化物对文蛤的幼贝和成贝存活与耐受力的影响。结果表明,氨氮和硫化物显著影响文蛤幼贝和成贝的成活率,氨氮浓度越高,其毒性越强,文蛤的成活率越低;幼贝和成贝96h的半致死浓度(TLm)分别为36.05mg/L和150.65mg/L,安全浓度为3.61mg/L和15.07mg/L;硫化物的半致死浓度分别为16.20mg/L和138.44mg/L,安全浓度为1.62mg/L和13.84mg/L。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of ammonia-N and sulfide on tolerance of Meretrix meretrix was studied systematically in laboratory.The results showed that ammonia-N and sulfide significantly affected the survival rate of the juveniles and adults of Meretrix meretrix,toxicity of ammonia-N and sulfide were more strong when the concentration was higher.The 96h TLm of total ammonia-N to juvenile and adult of Meretrix meretrix were 36.05mg/L and 150.65mg/L,the safe concentration(SC)were 3.61mg/L and 15.07mg/L.The 96h...
