摘    要:大丰麋鹿保护区现有麋鹿种群数量5681头,以全株玉米秸秆青贮为主食,全年人工补饲,为探索麋鹿饲料的多元化问题,我们选择在保护区内栽植饲用杂交构树。2019年3月,保护区内首次人工成片栽植构树,并在2019年8月、9月、10月和2020年4月、5月、6月共6次采摘新鲜构树茎叶,对一年生、二年生、三年生的人工驯养仔鹿和半散养成年鹿开展饲喂试验。结果表明:2020年4月、5月、6月采集的茎叶适口性高于2019年8月、9月、10月的,全过程未发现麋鹿拒食行为。因此,推断构树茎叶可以作为麋鹿食源,适口性好可能源于当期的构树茎叶木质化程度低。本研究旨在通过栽植饲用构树提升麋鹿栖息地生境质量,同时为麋鹿增加新的食物来源。

Study on Planting Technology of Forage Broussonetia papyrifera L. (Paper Mulberry) and Feeding Experiment with Its Stems and Leaves
Abstract:There are 5681 milu in Dafeng Milu Reserve, and their majorSfoodSsource is silage crop by whole corn straw every day. In order to explore the diversification of milu feed, we planted forage Broussonetia papyrifera in the reserve. In March 2019, Broussonetia papyrifera was planted in the reserve for the first time, afterwards we picked the fresh stems and leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera in August, September, October of 2019 and April, May and June of 2020, and feeding experiments were carried out on the artificially domesticated young deer of One year old, two years old, three years old and semi-free-range adult deer. The results showed that the taste of the stems and leaves collected in April, May and June of 2020 was higher than that in August, September and October of 2019, and weShadn"tSfound anti-feeding behavior. Therefore, weSspeculated that the stems and leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera could be used as food sources of milu, and the good palatability may be due to the low degree of lignification in the stems and leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera. The aim of this study was to improve the habitat quality by planting Broussonetia papyrifera, at the same time to increase new food sources for milu.
