中华秋海棠快速繁殖研究

摘    要:以中华秋海棠为研究材料,配置22种培养基,分别进行了诱导不定芽培养、增殖培养及生根培养。结果表明:诱导培养基以MS基本培养基外加lAA 0.01 mg/L和6-BA 0. 5mg/L最为适宜;最适增殖培养基为MS外加6-BA 0. 2mg/L和lAA 0.05 mg/L,生根培养基为1 /2MS外加NAA0.2 mg/L。中华秋海棠在以MS为基本培养基的处理上表现好,诱导率为28-72%。增殖率为216-352%。增殖后的大苗分割后放入生根培养基中生根,15-20天生根后即可出瓶移栽炼苗。

Study on Rapid Propagation of Begonia grandis Dry subsp.sinensis(A.DC.)Irmsch.;
Abstract:Using Begonia grandis Dry subsp.sinensis(A.DC.)Irmsch. as the research material, 22 kinds of media were used to induce adventitious bud, proliferation and rooting respectively. The results showed that Ms basic medium supplemented with 0.01 mg / L of IAA and 0.5 mg / L of 6-BA was the most suitable medium for induction; the best medium for proliferation was MS supplemented with 0.2 mg / L 6-BA and 0.05 mg / L IAA; the rooting medium was 1 / 2ms with NAA 0.2 mg / L. The results showed that Begonia sinensis performed well on MS medium, and the induction rate was 28-72%. The proliferation rate was 216-352%. After the propagation of large seedlings cut into rooting medium, 15-20 days after the root can be out of the bottle transplanting training seedlings.
