摘    要:蔬菜质量安全监督抽查是依法加强蔬菜质量安全监管的重要措施,农产品监督抽查依法抽检分离,因此需要农产品质量安全检测机构和执法部门通力合作,遵循科学公正原则,从抽样到检测报告报送都应合法合规。县级农产品质检机构开展监督抽查需要在法律层面、技术层面和社会方面都要得到认可。

Discussion on the issue of vegetable supervision and inspection carried out by county-level testing institutions

Abstract:Supervision and inspection is an important measure to strengthen the supervision of vegetable quality and safety according to law. Spot check of agricultural products is separated from spot check of agricultural products according to law. Therefore, it is necessary for the quality and safety inspection institutions of agricultural products to cooperate with law enforcement departments and follow the principle of scientific justice.Supervision and inspection by county-level agricultural product quality inspection institutions should be recognized in legal, technical and social aspects.
