| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨播种期对前胡早薹及产量的影响。方法 采用随机区组设计大田实验,HPLC法测定其指标成分含量。结果 随着播种时间的推迟,前胡的早期抽薹率快速下降,到3月份基本上降低到10 %以下,产量有所降低,但其指标成分含量较高。结论 在重庆地区播期调控前胡早期抽薹率以3月上中旬播种为宜,能有效达到降低早期抽薹率,同时其产量和质量都还较高。

Effects of different sowing periods on early bolting of Peucedantun praeruptorum |

| Abstract: | Objective: Study on the effect of sowing periods on the early bolting and yield of Peucedanum praerupterum. Methods: The random block design was conducted to explore the effects of different sowing periods on early bolting of P. praeruptorum. The content of marker components was determined by HPLC method. Results: Delayed sowing periods reduces the bolting rate of P. praerupterum to less than 10%; at the same time, the production has decreased. The content of marker components has increased. Conclusion: The more suitable sowing period for P. praerupterum is early to mid-March, its bolting rate is low, and the yield and quality are better. |
