摘    要:为研究豫玉22玉米杂交种子的SSR和SNP两种分子标记纯度鉴定方法,为快速有效鉴定玉米种子纯度提供依据。采用SSR荧光标记法和SNP分子标记的KASP技术对豫玉22玉米杂交种子进行基因组DNA提取、引物筛选、基因型分析、纯度鉴定。豫玉22的SSR特异性引物为umc2007y4和bnlg161k8,纯度鉴定结果为97.92%。SNP特异性引物MaSNP64和MaSNP245纯度鉴定结果是98.44%。SSR和SNP分子标记鉴定豫玉22玉米杂交种子纯度的最佳方法,为拓展玉米杂交种纯度鉴定方法具有指导意义。

The comparison identification of Yuyu 22 Maize(Zea may L.) Hybrids purity by SSR and SNP markers
Abstract:To study the purity identification methods of Yuyu 22 maize hybrid seeds by SSR and SNP, so as to provide basis for rapid and effective identification of maize seed purity. The genomic DNA of Yuyu 22 maize hybrid seeds was extracted by SSR fluorescent labeling and SNP molecular marker kasp technology, and the primers were screened, genotypes were analyzed and purity was identified. The SSR specific primers of yuyu22 were umc2007y4 and bnlg161k8, and the purity was 97.92%. The purity of specific primers masnp64 and masnp245 was 98.44%. The SSR and SNP molecular markers were the best method to identify the purity of Yuyu 22 maize hybrid seed, which has guiding significance for expanding the identification method of maize hybrid purity.
