以乡风文明助力生态宜居美丽乡村建设的思考

党的十九大报告明确提出了实现乡村振兴的“20字”总要求,即“产业兴旺、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕、生态宜居”,虽然每一要求各有侧重,涉及的领域、建设的重点、发展的规律各有差异,但五个方面又是相互联系、相互促进的,共同构成一个有机统一的整体。以往研究者多着力于研究某一方面要求对乡村振兴的助推作用,本文将跳出传统研究视角,从新的研究视角出发,重点着眼研究乡风文明与生态宜居两个内在要求间的关系,首先阐述乡风文明对生态宜居的韵染作用,然后分析生态宜居美丽乡村建设中存在的主要问题,最后提出以乡风文明推动生态宜居美丽乡村建设的对策,实现二者良性互动,激发内生动力,助推乡村振兴。

Previous researchers more focus on a particular aspect for rural revitalization of the role, this article will jump out of the traditional research perspective, from a new study perspective, mainly focus on the study of polite phenomenon and ecological livable relationship between two intrinsic request, first in this paper, the local custom civilization to ecological livable shading effect, and then analyzed the ecological livable beauty of the main problems existing in the rural construction, Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the construction of ecological livable and beautiful countryside with the rural customs civilization, so as to realize the benign interaction between the two, stimulate the endogenous power and boost the rural revitalization.
