云南红豆杉组织培养条件研究

为了摸索云南红豆杉的优良品系快繁方法,以云南红豆杉扦插苗嫩枝为材料,分别对不同采样时间、不同外源激素配比对枝条离体繁殖的影响进行了研究。结果表明:不同时期的外植体培养差异较大,适宜选用7月已有饱满营养芽的嫩枝作为外植体。在含有6-BA2～3 mg/L+IBA 1.00～2.00 mg/L或NAA 1.00～2.00 mg/L的B5培养基上芽可形成枝条,且生长较好。但以新枝为外植体诱导茎芽增殖却较困难。

Study on Tissue Culture of Taxus yunnanensis

In order to explore the methods for tissue culture of Taxus yunnanensis,taking the shoot of the cutting seedlings as material,the effect of different sampling time and different plant hormone combination to branch culture in vitro were studied.The results showed that there was a significant difference in sampling time,and selecting the shoots with full nutrition bud as explants in July was suitable.B5 medium containing 6-BA 2～3 mg/L and IBA or NAA 1.00～2.00 mg/L combination was applicable to induce branching out,and the new branches grew well.But it was difficult to induce shoot multiplication with the new branches as explants.
