| 摘 要： | 在南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)饲料中分别添加魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯2 g/kg和β-葡聚糖2 g/kg,测定组织溶菌活力、血清酚氧化酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性,探讨魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯和β-葡聚糖对南美白对虾体内相关免疫酶活性的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯、β-葡聚糖均显著提高了南美白对虾体内溶菌活力、酚氧化酶活性及超氧化物歧化酶的活力,提高机体抗病能力。 |

| Abstract: | The Penaeus vannamei were fed with feed supplemented with 2 g/kg oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and 2 g/kg β-glucan respectively.In order to find out the effect of oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and β-glucan on immuno-related enzyme activities in Penaeus vannamei,the bacteriolytic activity,phenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase in the serum and muscle were monitored respectively.The results showed that when fed with feed supplemented oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and β-glucan,the bacteriolytic activities,phenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase in serum and muscle of Penaeus vannamei were significantly boosted. |
