城市生活污泥中微生物的分类与鉴定

摘    要:微生物处理污泥是目前污泥处理中较先进的方法,但常受到微生物来源菌株的限制。污泥里的微生物是处理污泥的很好内源菌群。为了考察污泥中的微生物分布,同时获得污泥中的优势菌群,本研究通过对污泥进行划线培养,选取数量最多的5组菌株为目标菌株,进行细菌形态、菌落形态的观察和革兰氏染色、芽孢染色、荚膜染色、简单碳源利用鉴定,再对比《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》对获得菌株进行种属鉴定。初步得出:A、B、C菌为芽孢杆菌属,D菌为微球菌属,E菌为氮单胞菌属。

Microorganisms Classification and Identification of Urban Sludge

Abstract:Sludge treatment with microbe is one of the advanced methods,while it is limited to microbe source.The microbes inside of sludge are a kind of indigenous microorganism suit to deal with sludge.In order to investigate microbe distribution inside of sludge and get predominant bacterium crowd from sludge,the sludge bacteria was isolated and purified by plate separation method.Five strains of bacteria were selected as target strain because of the large amount.The species identification of these strains were accomplished by a set of methods including observation of bacterial strain and clone morphology,gram stain,sporeformative and capsule stain,carbon nutrient sources utilization.These images were contrasted with Bergey′s Manual of Systemaic Bacteriology.The results showed that strain A,B,C were Bacillus,strain D was Micrococcus,and strain E was Azomonas.
