亳白芍套种栽培技术研究

摘    要:本研究以亳白芍与白术、菊花、芝麻为研究对象,采取随机区组设计进行套种试验,研究套种作物对亳白芍生长发育的影响和套种作物的经济效益。结果表明:在一个生长季节内,亳白芍套种白术模式下亳白芍地上部植株生长状况最好且存活率最高,亳白芍套种菊花模式下亳白芍地下部根系生长状况最好且根重最重;套种作物的经济效益表现为白术7 327.8元/hm~2、菊花7 424.1元/hm~2、芝麻7 798.2元/hm~2,三者间无显著差异;同时发现亳白芍套种白术、亳白芍套种菊花的模式显著延缓了亳白芍倒苗的时间,减少了亳白芍的叶部病害。说明采用亳白芍套种菊花的栽培模式更为适宜。

Study on intercropping culture technology of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. in Bozhou
Abstract:Objective This study is aimed to investigate the effects of intercropping on the growth and development of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. in Bozhou and its economic benefits. Methods The research object is the intercropping model of P. lactiflora Pall. with Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz., Chrysanthemum morifolium Rarnat. and Sesamum indicum L.. Random block design was used in the intercropping experiment. S-shaped sampling method was used for sampling, and the output and economic benefit of each intercropping crop are counted. Results The economic benefit of intercropping is 488.52 yuan/mu with A. macrocephala Koidz., 494.94 yuan/mu with C. morifolium Rarnat. and 519.88 yuan/mu with S. indicum L.. In a growing season, the overground plants in the model of intercropping with A. macrocephala Koidz. had the best growth condition and the highest survival rate. The root growth condition was the best and root weight was the largest in intercropping with C. morifolium Rarnat.. It was also found that the pattern of intercropping with A. macrocephalae Koidz. and C. morifolium Rarnat. significantly delayed the time of falling seedling and reduced the leaf diseases of P. lactiflora Pall.. Conclusion It is more suitable to use P. lactiflora Pall. interplanting C. morifolium Rarnat..
