为便于海关动植物出入境检验检疫快速查询、鉴别,并为决策提供必要的数据支撑,为判定和处置提供针对性提示和指导,本文基于动植物海关检验检疫的业务需求,通过对大量实物标本资源数字化进行整理,设计开发了乌鲁木齐海关动植物电子标本库,指导相关人员通过标本、资料比对等方式开展辅助鉴定,提升了把关效能,降低了疫情传播风险,并对提高从业人员的专业素质有着积极意义。
