摘    要:为便于海关动植物出入境检验检疫快速查询、鉴别,并为决策提供必要的数据支撑,为判定和处置提供针对性提示和指导,本文基于动植物海关检验检疫的业务需求,通过对大量实物标本资源数字化进行整理,设计开发了乌鲁木齐海关动植物电子标本库,指导相关人员通过标本、资料比对等方式开展辅助鉴定,提升了把关效能,降低了疫情传播风险,并对提高从业人员的专业素质有着积极意义。

Design and Development of the Animal and Plant Electronic Specimen Bank in Urumqi Customs
Abstract:In order to facilitate the rapid inquiries and identification of customs inspection and quarantine of animals and plants, provide necessary data support for decision-making and provide targeted prompts and guidance for inspection operations, judgment and disposal, the author based on the business needs of animal and plant customs inspection and quarantine, Through the digitization of a large number of physical specimen resources, the Urumqi Customs animal and plant electronic specimen library was designed and developed to guide the on-site customs to conduct auxiliary identification through specimen and data comparison, effectively reducing the proportion of samples that need to be sent for identification, and helping to obtain Accurate and fast inspections have improved the efficiency of check-ups, reduced the risk of epidemic transmission, and have a positive significance in improving the professional quality of employees.#$NLKeywords: animals and plants; entry-exit quarantine; digitization; electronic specimen bank
